About Carlton Electric: At Carlton Electric, we’re passionate about creating a culture where our employees can thrive. We provide the resources, training, and support needed to help our team achieve their career goals because we believe our people are the heart of our success.
So, what does that look like? It’s about fostering a workplace that’s positive, growth-oriented, and fun. It’s employee appreciation events (who doesn’t love a good raffle?), opportunities to give back through community volunteering, and career development programs that help you grow. It’s celebrating being named a Denver Post Top Workplace with a BBQ food truck, cornhole tournaments, and bouncy houses for the kids—because we know how to work hard and celebrate big.
